π Member Spotlight: KBC β Knight Bergman Center π
Joyce Buzzard, who has served on the KBC Board since 2012, represented the Knight Bergman Center this month and shared about the many ways this building continues to serve the Warren community.
Recently celebrating 100 years, the KBC has seen many updates over the last few years thanks to the dedication of its board and volunteers. This includes a new lighted sign outside and a beautifully updated gym floor.
Located inside the KBC is the Salamonie Valley Museum, the Bread of Life Food Pantry and the Bargain Basement.
Throughout the year, the KBC stays busy serving all ages in our community:
π Winter basketball leagues
π₯ Pickleball in the gym
π· Sledding on the hill
βΎ Summer baseball, t-ball, and coach-pitch leagues
πΆ Final Friday concerts
π Tractor pulls and festival activities
Most importantly, the KBC is a building for the community. The gym, auditorium, rooms, and grounds are available to rent, making it a great place for birthday parties, family reunions, meetings, and special events.
If you havenβt visited lately, stop by and see all the KBC has to offer Warren!
